1. Do I need to have an account with booksatcampus for purchasing items?
Customers have an option to add items to their cart without registration and he/she can proceed to checkout and place an order. An account creation option is also enabled during this checkout process.
2. How do I update/ modify my Account Details, including but not limited to the delivery address, contact details, and other information?
Customer can login using the credentials and click on ‘My Account’ tab to update details.
3. What is the timeline for delivery of my orders?
The delivery timeline will vary depending on the access to the respective geography. We expect to deliver most products between two and fourteen days from order placement, notwithstanding any force majeure conditions such as but not limited to strike, natural calamities, pandemic, government restrictions, etc., However in a few exceptional cases, delivery may not be completed because of issues such as wrong/ incorrect postal address/ PIN code, lack of serviceability of the logistics partner, customer being repeatedly unresponsive/ unreachable, packages being misplaced, and “act of god” situations.
4. What are the locations to which delivery is enabled?

5. Why are certain products not enabled for delivery to my location?
booksatcampus.com will not have location-specific products featured. All available products can be shipped basis shipping partner coverage.
6. What are the cost components of my purchase? Does it include taxes and delivery charges?
GST is not applicable on physical books. Delivery charges will also not be applicable.
7. How can I make payments for my purchases on the website?
We have integrated with Razorpay - our payment gateway partner. On placing your order during checkout, you will be provided with multiple payment options (credit/debit card, UPI/QR, online banking, payment wallets). Cash on Delivery (COD) is not enabled and we plan to incorporate this feature in a few months from now.
