The website assures easy and expedited processing of your returns request. For ease of processing, returns requests are bracketed into the following two categories:
- Customer has received a damaged / incorrect product: In this case, the customer has received a product that they haven’t ordered, or the product is damaged. The customer needs to log a returns request through the website within two days of receiving delivery of the product.
- Customer would like to return a product: The customer may choose to return the product, if the same is no longer required by the customer. Kindly note that such requests will only be approved if the same is received within two days of receiving delivery of the product, and the product is in the same condition in which it was delivered to the customer.
The returns approval process is described below:
- The customer can upload a returns request through an online template provided { The returns tab template needs to have fields to record the Order-ID, reasons for returning the product (drop down box), description of the damage/ fault, images of the faulty product. }. The filled template can be sent toreturns@booksatcampus.com
- booksatcampus.com will assess if the returns request is valid and issue the customer an approval ID in two business days.

Once the approval ID is generated and received by the customer, the customer needs to pack the product in a suitable package worthy of being shipped back. The approval ID needs to be clearly mentioned on the package and shipped through any courier of their choice. The customer needs to ensure that the consignment is door delivered in good condition to our warehouse address below.

Coimbatore 641 018 - Once the returns are received at our warehouse, we will issue the refunds as detailed below:
- Customer has received a damaged/ incorrect product:The refund for the product and estimated returns shipping cost will be done within a maximum of seven business days of product receipt. The estimated returns shipping cost in this case will be assumed to be the same as the cost of forward shipping to the customer.
- Customer would like to return a product for reasons other than those of damaged/ incorrect product:The refund for the product (excluding shipping) will be done within a maximum of seven business days of product receipt. Please note the product has to be received in the same condition in which it was received by the customer. We cannot provide a refund for the products which are subject to damage at the hands of the customer. We regret that the shipping cost incurred by the customer for shipping the returns CANNOT be reimbursed in such cases.
