1. Ordering:
- In order to initiate the process of ordering, customers are provided with an option to register and sign-in using the credentials. Registration will entail customers providing information such as but not limited to the name of the consignee of the order, complete postal address with the accurate PIN Code, contact number, among other details. Customers also have an option to add items to their cart without registration and he/she can proceed to checkout and place an order. An account creation option is enabled during this checkout process. Customers can select from the products available for sale on the website, add items to their cart, update delivery-related information and place an order by choosing an appropriate payment option for their requirement.
- Customers are provided with the option of adding products to their “cart” intended for a later purchase. However, such products placed on the cart can be purchased subject to availability at the time of actual checkout.
2. Payments:
- The website is open to accepting a surfeit of payment options including credit/debit card, UPI/QR, online banking, payment wallets. However, some of these payment options maybe restricted from time to time depending on the economic conditions prevalent. We request customers to assess payment options enabled for them against each item at any given point in time.
3. Shipping:
- The website interfaces with reputed national and international shipping partners for delivery to customers. The logistics partner will attempt delivery at the postal address provided by the customer while placing the order. In case of non-availability of the customer, a maximum of three attempts (subject to the policy of respective logistics partners) will be made for delivery of the product. It is the responsibility of the customer to make themselves/ their representative available for receiving delivery of the product. Customers may be required to exhibit proper Government authorised identification (in the name of the consignee provided by placing the order) to the logistics partner while receiving the product. The logistics partner will also take the signature and mobile number of the receiver for authenticating successful delivery. In case, the customer notices any visible damages to the external cover of the package at the time of delivery, the customer should mention the same in writing along with an acknowledgement to the logistics partner. The delivery timeline to customers will vary depending on the access to the respective geography. We expect to deliver most products between two and fourteen working days from order placement, notwithstanding any force majeure conditions such as but not limited to strike, natural calamities, pandemic, government restrictions, etc., However in a few exceptional cases, delivery may not be completed because of issues such as wrong/ incorrect postal address/ PIN code, lack of serviceability of the logistics partner, customer being repeatedly unresponsive/ unreachable, packages being misplaced, and “act of god” situations.
4. Cancellations and Returns:

- Once an order is placed, the customer will get an order confirmation on their registered email. The delivery of this communication will depend on the accessibility/ allowance of the same by the customer.
